Using VoltFriq

VoltFriq connects customers in supported service areas with vetted electricians for electrical diagnosis, repairs, installations, and related support. Booking remains subject to electrician availability, service area coverage, safety requirements, and payment verification.

Bookings and assessment visits

Some jobs require an on-site assessment before a final workmanship quote can be confirmed. The assessment fee covers the site visit and diagnosis. Final job cost may change after diagnosis, materials review, or customer-approved quote changes.

Payments and verification

Payment proof submission does not mean payment has been verified. VoltFriq manually reviews payment proofs before a job moves forward or any payout is released. A job is not closed until required confirmation, completion, and review steps are complete.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate location, contact, access, and job information. No work should begin until the customer has reviewed and approved the relevant next payment or quote step inside VoltFriq.

VoltFriq electrician responsibilities

Electricians must provide accurate identity, skill, document, availability, and payout details. Electricians must follow safety rules, honest pricing, customer-care standards, and platform instructions for acceptance, quotes, completion, and dispute handling.

Disputes, refunds, and support

Customers can report issues from the job screen. VoltFriq may review job records, chat, photos, payment proofs, and completion status to resolve disputes, reassign jobs, reject invalid claims, approve corrections, or determine whether a refund or payout action is appropriate.

Operator

VoltFriq is operated by CHAPTA ELECTRICAL SERVICES LTD. for service coordination, platform operations, customer support, electrician onboarding, and payment verification.

Your use of VoltFriq is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data for bookings, dispatch, payments, safety, support, and compliance.
