We collect the information needed to run VoltFriq safely: names, phone numbers, email addresses, GPS coordinates, service addresses, job descriptions, job photos, chat/support messages, payment references, payment screenshots, customer ratings, dispute reports, referral data, electrician identity details, work areas, skills, documents, and bank payout details.
How we use it
We use this data to create bookings, match and dispatch electricians, verify payments, route support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, manage electrician onboarding, process payouts, keep job history, improve safety, and comply with applicable legal and operational requirements.
Location, job photos, and payment proofs
Location data helps route nearby electricians and confirm service coverage. Job photos help electricians assess the issue before arrival. Payment proofs are used only for manual verification, dispute review, and records connected to the relevant job.
Who can access data
Customers can access their own jobs and tracking information. Assigned electricians can access job details needed to perform assigned work. Admin users can access operational records needed for dispatch, support, payment verification, onboarding, safety, and dispute resolution. Protected documents and proofs are not intended for public access.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed for service history, payment verification, disputes, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and platform operations. We use access controls, role-based database policies, protected storage, and signed file access for sensitive records where appropriate.
Your choices and rights
You can contact VoltFriq support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or review of your personal data, subject to identity checks, legal obligations, open disputes, payment records, and platform safety requirements.
Third parties
VoltFriq uses trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, support, and operational tooling. We do not sell customer or electrician personal data.
